Home World's First Modular Home
Charles Stillwagon's first modular home was completed in 1979. The next year Home World built the still wagons current residence. The Factors in deciding to build a modular home over a "stick" built home for Charle's included high quality construction, design flexibility and a lower price. Essentially a better built home for less. Charles acted as his own general contractor and hired sub contractors to complete his home. Since his first home, Home World has built over four hundred modular homes throughout New Jersey, New York and Eastern Pennsylvania.
