Home World's Modular Home Turnkey Program

Home World will act as your general contractor, completing your home from soup to nuts. You will work hand in hand with Home World in the beginning designing your modular home. After your floor plans are finalized you will select all of the finishes. Every element of your home will be completed by Home World, inc. Your turn key building package lets you relax while your home is being constructed and finished. All of the tasks required to build your modular home will be contracted through Home World's time tested contractors.

A turnkey package includes all of the building permits site work, foundation, crane and set crew, interior button up, exterior button up, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, site built options and finishes, stairs, appliance connections and all required work to finish your new modular home in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Home World's Modular Home Sweat Equity Building Package

With the sweat equity package, Home World will design your modular home with you. You will select all of the finishes and order your home. You will be acting as your own general contractor. You will be responsible for all the site work, foundation, electrical, interior and exterior button up, HVAC, stair finishes and etc. As a general contractor you will need to pull all required building permits for your modular home. Home World will review with required tasks needed to finish your home.

Being your own general contractor is a daunting task which requires relationships with sub contractors, time management skills and construction knowledge. Even though Home World review the tasks required to complete your home, not everything can be mentioned since every construction project is different. You could save thousands of dollars as your own general contractor if you have the relationships with sub contractors, construction knowledge and excellent management skills.

Home World's Modular Home Co-Op Building Package

Building a modular home is a complex task for those who have no construction experience or knowledge, relationships with sub contractors or home building experience. Our co-op building package allows you to pick and choose the tasks required to complete your home. This will allow you to save some money with doing some work yourself or with low cost friends and family.

Home World will also help with sharing their sub contractors with you so you will be able to hire experienced subcontractors to finish your home. You do not need to use the recommended sub contractors.

Home World will review all of the tasks required to complete your home. You will be able to select the tasks you desire to take the responsibility to have completed. With the co-op package it is highly recommended for you to have Home World complete excavation, foundation and setting of the modular home at minimum.
