Not all modular home factories are alike. Some factories prefer to build budget housing and others prefer to build one of a kind unique custom homes. Home World has worked with multiple factories to understand which factory is best for the construction of your home.

Building a modular home requires a number of sub-contractors. Our excellent relationships with excavators, masons, crane operators, set crews, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, finish carpenters, framing carpenters, landscapers deliver quality services to complete your home.
